Religious Education Fees For 2026-2027

Catechists with children in Faith Formation are exempt from the Faith Formation registration fee. *Students of Catechists making their confirmation will still have a $40 retreat fee. **

Religious Education Fees and Expenses

Registration Fee Students in Grades K-7 $50

Confirmation students in Grades 8 & 9 $90

Fees for the 2026-2027 Religious Education year will be $50. Students in entering Grades 8 & 9 who are confirming in Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 will have an additional $40 charge for Holy Family Retreat registration.

ANNUNCIATION PARISH FAITH FORMATION PHOTO RELEASE FORM

I hereby grant ANNUNCIATION PARISH permission to use my likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media (“photo”) in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration. I understand and agree that all photos will become the property of the ANNUNCIATION PARISH FAITH FORMATION and will not be returned. I hereby irrevocably authorize the ANNUNCIATION PARISH FAITH FORMATION publish or distribute these photos for any lawful purpose such as newsletters, or on Parish’s social media. In addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photo. I hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge the ANNUNCIATION PARISH FAITH FORMATION from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.
